Where Ozone is sold and how you can pay

Ozone 12 comes in three editions: Elements, Standard and Advanced. iZotope sells it in its own web shop at izotope.com, and its product page listed Ozone 12 Advanced at $499 when we checked on 19 October 2026. Native Instruments' shop listed Ozone 12 Advanced at the same $499 that day.

Since July 2026 iZotope has been part of Boris FX rather than Native Instruments. In its announcement iZotope said its “products, licenses, and subscriptions remain fully active” and that no action is needed for accounts and logins, so a license you buy now goes into the same iZotope account as before.

iZotope's web shop shows the payment methods for your region once you have added products to the cart and entered your full address. Its help page lists PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club International), Visa debit cards and a few European debit cards, iDEAL for the Netherlands, and Klarna in a list of countries that does not include Turkey. Then comes this footnote:

Payment by PayPal currently not available in Kosovo, Montenegro, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin (French part), Serbia and Turkey.

Quoted from iZotope Help Center (article updated 10 September 2026), read 19 October 2026.

Native Instruments' payment page carries the same footnote and lists Türkiye with the euro as its shop currency. iZotope's Retail Partners page names distributors and resellers in the United States, Canada, Latin America, India, several European countries and parts of Asia-Pacific; on 19 October 2026 it had none for Turkey. For most buyers in Turkey, that leaves a card payment in iZotope's web shop.

Why Turkish cards fail at iZotope's checkout

iZotope does not approve card payments itself. Its help centre says:

In case our payment provider Stripe refuses to accept your payment, there is nothing we can do manually in order to validate your payment.

Quoted from iZotope Help Center, read 19 October 2026.

A support ticket will not push the payment through; only the order details, your card's settings or a different card can change the result.

For a card issued in Turkey, a purchase in iZotope's shop is a foreign online payment, and not every Turkish card is set up for one. 2Checkout, a different payment processor, writes in its documentation that “nearly 20% of Turkish cards do not support international transactions”. That figure describes the Turkish card market in general, not iZotope's checkout, but it explains why a card that works at home can fail here.

Turkish banks also let you switch internet shopping on or off for each card. Garanti BBVA, for example, documents the setting in its app under Hesap ve Kart, Kartlar, the card, then İnternet Üzerinden Alışveriş. If internet shopping or international use is off, your bank declines the payment however carefully you fill in the form.

iZotope's last suggestion when a card keeps failing is to “consider setting up a PayPal account”, which does not help in Turkey.

Free fixes to try first

The first four steps are iZotope's own checklist for refused payments. Make one new attempt after each change rather than retrying the same card many times in a row.

  1. Enter the cardholder name exactly as on the card. iZotope's checklist asks that “the card holder's name is entered correctly in the order form”.
  2. Match the billing address to the card. iZotope's checklist says the billing address must match the data on the card. Use the address your bank has on file for this card, in Turkey.
  3. Make sure 3-D Secure is set up. iZotope asks you to “set a 3-D security code for your VISA or MasterCard”. Check that your bank's 3-D Secure confirmation (by SMS or in the app) is active and that your mobile number on file is current.
  4. Turn off proxies and VPNs. iZotope's checklist requires that “you are not using any proxy services”. Switch off any VPN, proxy or browser extension that changes your location before you pay.
  5. Open the card to internet and international use. In your banking app, turn on internet shopping and international (yurt dışı) use for the card. Your bank's call centre can also do this and tell you whether it saw and declined your attempt.
  6. Try a virtual card or a credit card from another bank. Garanti BBVA, for example, says its virtual card can pay on foreign websites in TL or USD, with a limit you set in its app before you shop, and advises loading about 10% more than the purchase amount to cover exchange-rate differences. A credit card from another bank is the other quick test.
  7. Ask a listed retailer before you pay. No iZotope partner is listed for Turkey, but some retailers on iZotope's Retail Partners page sell downloads online. Check that the one you pick accepts orders with your Turkish billing address, and which payment methods it takes.
Keep your real billing country Your name and billing address must match your card and your bank's records. Do not use a VPN, a proxy or another country's address to get past a decline: iZotope's own checklist asks you not to use proxy services.

Turkish buyers meet similar refusals at other software shops; see our guide to Adobe payments declined in Turkey. For Komplete and other Native Instruments products, see Native Instruments payment method error.

Buy it with crypto through Unboxkey

If your card still fails, we can buy Ozone for you. You pay us in crypto, USDT first (other coins and networks are on How to pay), and we buy Ozone 12 Advanced from a dealer. You get the serial number by email; iZotope serials start with “SN” and follow the pattern SN-[PRODUCTID]-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You add it to your own iZotope account and authorize Ozone on your computer, so the license is in your name and never registered to us. How it works walks through an order step by step.

Our service

Ozone 12 Advanced

$523.95total, fee included

  • License key by email: a serial number (SN-...) you add to your own iZotope account
  • Typically within 2 hours of payment confirmation (09:00–21:00 UTC), at most 24 hours

If we can't buy your license, we refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, with no deductions.

We also sell Native Instruments' Komplete 26 on the same terms, with Komplete 26 Standard at $576.45 total, fee included: a new dealer serial that you add in Native Access with your own Native Instruments account. Time-limited, education and NFR licenses of Ozone are not offered.

FAQ

Can I pay for iZotope Ozone with PayPal in Turkey?

No. iZotope's payment methods page says payment by PayPal is currently not available in Turkey, and Native Instruments' shop has the same note. In iZotope's web shop you pay by card; the checkout shows the exact methods once you enter your full address.

Can iZotope support approve my refused payment?

No. iZotope says that when its payment provider Stripe refuses a payment, there is nothing it can do manually to validate it. Check the cardholder name, billing address, 3-D Secure and proxy settings, ask your bank to allow internet and international use, then try again or use another card.

Is there an iZotope dealer in Turkey?

iZotope's Retail Partners page listed no dealer or distributor for Turkey when we checked it on 19 October 2026. If you buy from a retailer elsewhere, check that it is on that page and that it accepts orders with your Turkish billing address before you pay.

Do iZotope licenses still work now that iZotope is part of Boris FX?

Yes, according to iZotope. When it announced on 2 July 2026 that it was joining Boris FX, iZotope said its products, licenses and subscriptions remain fully active and that no action is needed for accounts and logins.

What do I get if I buy Ozone through Unboxkey?

A new Ozone 12 Advanced serial number from a dealer, sent by email. You add it to your own iZotope account and authorize Ozone on your computer. You pay in USDT or another listed coin, and if we can't buy your license, we refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, with no deductions.
