What happens after 12 months?
The license runs for 12 months. We don't renew it for you automatically: to keep using SketchUp Pro after that, place a new order before it ends.
How long does delivery take?
Typically within 2 hours of payment confirmation, during our working hours (09:00–21:00 UTC). At most 24 hours.
What if you can't buy SketchUp Pro for me?
If we can't buy your license, we refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, with no deductions. Once a working license has been delivered, Trimble's own refund policy applies.
